Choose your Focus break length
Currently, a blocked app has a simple "open anyway" button. I found that being intentional about breaks ( choosing to take a 5 min break to check social media), works better than being allowed to just open it anyway without time constraints

Thanks Amine! On Medium difficulty, a blocked app already offers a 5-minute snooze instead of 'Open Anyway', then blocks again. We're looking at letting you choose how long that break is.
